Before shipping anything back you must get approval first, see Shipping and Returns. Returns are not accepted for cigars, all cigar sales are final.

We accept Visa, and Mastercard for payments. All orders shipped within Florida will be subject to 7% sales tax. All taxes, duties and licenses incurred while shopping on FedericoEmpire.com are the sole responsibility of the customer. FedericoEmpire.com  cannot be held responsible for any orders with pending taxes, duties and or licenses. This includes orders taken over the phone or by fax.
